Two journals were added to the list in October 2016: Journal of Formative Design in Learning (subscription-based; some articles may be openly available if author selects “Open Choice,” for which there is a US$3,000 fee) International Journal on Innovations in Online Education (open access journal; there is no cost to access articles or submit / publish them).
